Vinification

Golden & aromatic

Bayan Shira grapes, hand-picked and vinified separately in temperature-controlled steel, then aged twelve months in French oak. Transparent with a golden hue and aromas of dried fruit and apricot over creamy undertones.

Bright acidity keeps it balanced and full-bodied through a long finish. Malolactic fermentation follows complete alcoholic fermentation.
