Crisp citrus & minerals

An assemblage of Bayanshira and Rkatsiteli, hand-picked and vinified separately in temperature-controlled steel with twelve months in French oak. Clean and straw-colored with lemon hues and low intensity.

Primary aromas of citrus fruit meet pronounced acidity and mineral notes, finishing to a medium length. Malolactic fermentation follows complete alcoholic fermentation.
